These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Acebet77 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the Acebet77 website located at acebet77.cam and all associated services, products, and features available thereon.

Acebet77 is an online entertainment and betting platform offering sports wagering, live casino games, slot games, fishing games, and related products to eligible users. • "Player" / "User" refers to any individual who has registered an Account or is accessing the Platform.
• "Balance" refers to real-money funds held in a Player's Account, exclusive of any bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits, free bets, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account pursuant promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" / "Rollover" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be bet before withdrawal eligibility is established.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity verification process required to authenticate a Player's identity and eligibility.
• "AML" refers to Anti-Money Laundering compliance obligations applicable to all financial transactions on the Platform.
• "MYR" / "RM" refers to Malaysian Ringgit, the primary transactional currency of the Acebet77 Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any territory from which access to and use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.

To register and maintain an Account on Acebet77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. Acebet77 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement. Any Account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, and any remaining balance refunded subject to verification.
• You must be a natural person (corporate entities may not register personal betting accounts).
• You must not be a resident of or be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Online gambling must be legal under the laws of your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online betting in your place of residence before registering.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of Acebet77 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order on this Platform or any other platform that shares exclusion protocols with Acebet77.
• You may hold onlyone (1) registered Account on the Acebet77 Platform. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate suspension.

Acebet77 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified will result in Account suspension pending resolution.

When registering for an Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You must promptly update any information that subsequently becomes inaccurate or incomplete.

4.1 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any other authentication credentials associated with your Account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Acebet77 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

4.2 Unauthorised Access

You must notify Acebet77 immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. Acebet77 shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of our AML and regulatory compliance obligations, Acebet77 may require Players to complete a KYC verification process before processing withdrawals or at any point during the Account lifecycle. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo identification (Malaysian MyKad, passport) and proof of address (utility bill, bank statement). Acebet77 processes all personal data in accordance with ourPrivacy Policy.

4.4 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. Where multiple Accounts are detected for the same individual — identified through shared device identifiers, payment methods, IP addresses, or personal details — Acebet77 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bets or bonuses, and withold balances pending investigation.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Acebet77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following verified payment channels: Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB, DuitNow, FPX, and selected cryptocurrency networks (Bitcoin/TC, Ethereum/ETH, Tether/USDT, Litecoin/LTC).

5.2 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: RM 20 (or cryptocurrency equivalent at the time of transaction).
• Deposits made via e-walets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and FPX/DuitNow are typically credited to your Account within minutes of transaction confirmation.
• Acebet77 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The name on the payment account must match the registered Account holder's verified identity.
• Acebet77 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified against the registered Account holder's identity.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM 50.
• Withdrawals are processed exclusively to payment accounts that have been used for prior deposits and are registered in the Account holder's verified name.
• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawal processing times: E-wallets within 5 minutes; DuitNow/FPX within 5–15 minutes; direct bank transfer within 15–60 minutes. These are indicative timeframes and may vary subject to banking system availability.
• Acebet77 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. Third-party fees charged by payment providers are the Player's responsibility.

5.4 Currency

All Account balances,ets, winings, and transactions are denominated in MYR. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmed receipt.

Acebet77 offers various promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referal programmes, and other time-limited promotions. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover). Rollover conditions, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods are stated in each individual promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players only. Players subject to self-exclusion or Account restrictions are not eligible to claim promotions.
• Acebet77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to placing hedged bets across bonuses, exploiting promotional lopholes, or coordinated account activity — will result in voiding of bonus funds and may result in Account suspension.
• Where a Player has an active bonus, withdrawal requests may be subject to bonus completion requirements. Withdrawing before completing rollover requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.
• Acebet77 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or associated winings found to have been obtained fraudulently or in breach of these Terms.
• All promotions are limited to one per household, device, IP address, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.

All bets placed on Acebet77 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or casino game. General betting rules are as follows:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the system. Market movements after bet placement do not affect confirmed bets.
• Minimum and maximum bet stakes vary by market, event, and Player tier. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• Acebet77 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is determined to be the subject of match manipulation, irregular activity, or where an obvious pricing error has occurred.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, the official result as recognised by the relevant governing body shall be final.
• Live (in-play) bets are accepted subject to system availability. Acebet77 shall not be responsible for bets lost due to connectivity issues on the Player's end during in-play betting.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified RNG (Random Number Generator) systems. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and based on long-run statistical averages.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Acebet77 Platform. Engaging in any of the below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referal to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of a third party.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or manipulate game outcomes.
• Coluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting system errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes to place bets at materially incorrect odds.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technologies.
• Engaging in match-fixing or having prior knowledge of manipulated sporting outcomes.
• Attempting to transfer funds between Acebet77 Accounts without authorisation.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Acebet77 staff or other Players through any communication channel.

Acebet77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where:

• A breach of these Terms has been identified or is reasonably suspected.
• Fraudulent or criminal activity is suspected in connection with the Account.
• A Player has failed to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• A Player has requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gambling programme.
• Acebet77 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.

Upon Account closure following a verified breach, Acebet77 reserves the right to void outstanding bets and withold any balance pending investigation. Where no breach is established, remaining verified balances will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following completion of any applicable AML checks.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 72 hours, and remaining balances returned following KYC verification.

All content on the Acebet77 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the overall design and layout — is the exclusive property of Acebet77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial betting purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without prior written consent from Acebet77.
• Creation of derivative works based on Platform content.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of any software forming part of the Platform.
• Scraping, data mining, or systematic extraction of Platform content for any purpose.

Any unauthorised use of Acebet77's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute infringement under applicable law. Acebet77 reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies in response to such infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Acebet77 excludes all liability for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform.
• Losses arising from reliance on inaccurate odds, statistics, or other information displayed on the Platform due to technical errors beyond Acebet77's reasonable control.
• Service interruptions, delays, or technical failures caused by third-party infrastructure, network outages, or force majeure events.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any gambling losses incurred through use of the Platform. Gambling involves inherent financial risk, and losses are the sole responsibility of the Player.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit Acebet77's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Malaysian law or other applicable legislation.

Acebet77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and to minimising the risk of problem gambling among its Players. The following tools and policies are in place:

• Minimum Age: No person under the age of 21 may register or use the Acebet77 Platform. Acebet77 enforces this requirement through mandatory KYC verification.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their Account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may restrict the maximum amount they are permitted to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set limits on the duration of their gaming sessions.
• Cool-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a period of 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe they have a gambling problem may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon submission.

Acebet77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.

By registering an Account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes but is not limited to data collected during registration, KYC verification, transaction processing, and customer support interactions.

Acebet77 does not sell personal data to third parties. Personal data may be shared with regulated third parties — including payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory bodies — solely for the purposes of operating the Platform in compliance with applicable law.

Acebet77 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, Acebet77 will notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.

Amendments take effect from the date published on this page. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 9.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be resolved in the first instance through Acebet77's internal complaints and dispute resolution process.

To initiate a formal dispute, Players must submit a written complaint to the customer support team via the contact details in Section 16. Acebet77 will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days.

Acebet77 makes no representation that the Platform or its services are appropriate or legal for use in all jurisdictions. Players accessing the Platform from outside Malaysia do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
